Specialties include the She-Crab soup (already a sell-out), their heavenly Crab Cakes (pan seared Carolina Lump Crab served in a She-Crab Sauce with Dijon Fried Sweet Onions and Aged Sherry), and Lamb Chops Flambeau (grilled Colorado chops swooning in Fresh Apricots, Brandy, Rosemary and Pecans). Ballantyners are also hot for their twist on collard greens. For finishers, order the silky Banana Cream Pie.
